Where in the world can you use Baluu?

We want to make sure as many people are able to use Baluu to run their businesses as possible, however we do have some limits on use by location, language and currency.
What countries can you use Baluu in?

We accept users from all countries as long as their preference currency is supported and they are not restricted by UK trading regulations. If your region meets these criteria, you can use Baluu to run your business, no matter where you’re located.

What currencies does Baluu support?

We support over 135 native currencies through our integration with Stripe. If Stripe supports your currency, then Baluu does as well. This includes (but is not limited to):

- Euro (EUR)
- US Dollar (USD)
- British Pound Sterling (GBP)
- Canadian Dollar (CAD)
- Australian Dollar (AUD)
- South African Rand (ZAR)
- Brazilian Real (BRL)
- Chinese Yuan (CNY)
- Swiss Franc (CHF)

Which methods of payment do you accept?

Payments require a Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or any other supported card in the destination country. We only accept online payments.

Do you license the brand / operate other websites in other countries?

We have no registered or licensed companies / franchises operating in any country other than the UK. If you come across any website other than baluu.co.uk or app.baluu.co.uk please get in contact with us immediately as it is most likely a fraudulent and illegal operation.

Do you offer language / translation support?

At the moment, Baluu is built for English speaking companies, however all pages are optimised so that Google Translate can automatically convert these to any language for your customers.
